
Faith Wilkerson, Ed.D., is a higher education professional, educator, and community connector with over two decades of experience developing inclusive programming and leading institutional traditions at the university level. With a deep background in student affairs and diversity and inclusion work, Faith has shaped the student experience for thousands through her strategic leadership and commitment to equitable engagement.
She currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond and continues to be deeply involved in the Richmond community through both educational and creative endeavors. Faith is also the Founder of UnlockingRVA, an event production company, and Unlocking Richmond, its nonprofit arm focused on socially engaging local communities one event at a time.
A three-time graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, she is the former President of the VCU Alumni Council and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Studio Two Three. Her contributions have been recognized by numerous honors, including Style Weekly’s Top 40 Under 40, the Richmond Times-Dispatch Women Who Drive Richmond award, and the VCU Presidential Awards for Community Multicultural Enrichment.
